NOTICE
STATE OF NEVADA -
DIVISION OF STATE LANDS
PUBLIC AUCTION SALE
A vacant parcel of land in the Township of Golconda, Nevada,
measuring approximately 140 feet by 50 feet, will be sold at Public Auction to
the highest bidder. The property is located at the corner of 5th and
Ritchie Streets in a portion of Section 32, Township 36 North, Range 40 East,
Lot 8, Block 38, Humboldt County Assessor’s Parcel Number 08-171-10.
The parcel was acquired by the State of Nevada from the
estate of John P. Flannigan, deceased. A
petition has been received with an offer of $1,265.00 to purchase the property.
The parcel will be sold ‘as is’ to the highest bidder at 2 P.M., May 8,
2013 at the Office of the Division of State Lands, 901 S. Stewart Street, Suite
5003, Carson City, NV 89701. Sealed bids
must be submitted in legal tender of the United States or by certified check.
The successful bidder must pay for the cost of advertising and the $5.00
petition fee within 30 days of the sale.
The State Land Registrar reserves the right to reject any and
all bids and to cancel the sale in part or in its entirety.
